Duplicate Manager is easy to use tool for MS Excel. After installing it, you can see a separate menu in Excel 2000/XP/2003 and a separate Ribon strip in Excel 2007/2010 as shown above.
Duplicate Preventer is used to prevent further duplicate entries in selected column. To Activate Duplicate Preventer just click on Duplicate Preventer from Duplicate Manager menu, a dialog box appears, just click to Apply button to Activate it or choose Deactivate Preventer to deactivate it and press Apply button. see fig.1 below.

Remove All Unique Entries is used to remove all unique entries or records from a selected column. To remove unique records click "Remove all Unique Entries" from Duplicate Manager Menu. Choose "Remove Values Only", if you want to remove only cell content or choose "Remove Entire Rows", if you want to remove entire row from the list. See fig.2 below.

Remove Duplicate Entries (Keep First) is used to remove duplicate records from a selected column but keep the first one. To remove duplicate records click "Remove Duplicate Entries (Keep First)" from Duplicate Manager Menu. Choose "Remove Values Only", if you want to remove only cell content or choose "Remove Entire Rows", if you want to remove entire row from the list. See fig. 3 below.

Remove all Duplicate Entries is used to remove all the duplicate records from a selected column, even from first instance. To remove all duplicate records click "Remove all Duplicate Entries" from Duplicate Manager Menu. Choose "Remove Values Only", if you want to remove only cell content or choose "Remove Entire Rows", if you want to remove entire row from the list. See fig. 4 below.

Remove Entries from 1st List exist in the other is used to remove duplicate records from a selected column exist in next selected column, to use this function you have to select two columns. First column should be the list from you want to remove the records and Second column should be the list of words which you want to remove from the First Column. In this function you can only able to Remove Values Only, See Fig. 5.

Colors :
Unique Rows is used to highlight unique cells of a selected column, it also shows how many cells are unique and highlighted in a selected column, to run this command simply click on Colors then "Unique Rows", a color dialog box appears, choose your color and press ok. See Fig. 6.

Stop Process you can stop any process by clicking on Stop Button, See Fig. 9.
