Using this command you can remove all Alphabets (A-Z,a-z) in selection.
Example: [Example 1 One] to [ 1 ]

Using this command you can remove all spaces in selected list even a single space in selection.

Using this command you can remove all Leading & Trailing Spaces in selection.

5. Leading, Trailing & Excessive Spaces
Using this command you can remove all Leading & Trailing Spaces as well as Excessive spaces in selection.

6. All Non-printable characters
Using this command you can remove all Non-printable chacaters like Tab, Return Carriage etc. in selection.

7. All UPPER case Characters
Using this command you can remove all UPPER case (A-Z) characters in selection.

Using this command you can remove all lower case (a-z) characters in selection.

Using this command you can specify the characters you want to remove in selection.

Using this command you can remove all duplicates except the first one in a single column selection.

Second Part - Remove Characters Conditionally
To access Second Part Commands just checked off Remove CheckBox. In this section you can define No. of Characters or All Characters, Start Position (SP) After or Before Start Position (SP) and Condtional Start Position. See Fig. 1.2.

Some Example with Simple Start Position
Remove All Characters After nth Character
If you want to remove all characters after 2nd Character. Just check on all Characters, enter 2 in Start Position (SP) textbox and click on After(SP)
Example : [Example One Two 1 2] to [Ex]

Remove x no. of characters After nth Character
If you want to remove only 4 characters after 2nd Character. Just check off all Characters, enter 4 on white text box and enter 2 in Start Position (SP) textbox and click on After(SP)

Remove All Characters before nth Character
If you want to remove all characters before 3rd Character. Just check on all Characters, enter 3 in Start Position (SP) textbox and click on Before(SP)

Remove x no. of characters before nth Character
If you want to remove 4 characters before 8th Character. Just check off all Characters, enter 4 in white textbox and enter 8 in Start Position (SP) textbox and click on Before(SP)

Remove all characters after 1st Space
If you want to remove all characters after 1st Space. Check on All characters and check on Select Position and Choose '1st', Choose 'Space' from Select Character Dropdown menu and click on After(SP).
Example : [Example One Two 1 2 3] to [Example ]
Remove all characters before Last Space
If you want to remove all characters before Last Space. Check on All characters and check on Select Position and Choose 'Last, Choose 'Space' from Select Character Dropdown menu and click on Before(SP).
Example : [Example One Two 1 2 3] to [ 3]
Remove x no. of characters with User-defined condition
If you want to remove 4 Characters before 5th Space. Check off All characters and type 4 in white textbox check on Select Position and type 5 in Select Postion, Choose 'Space' from Select Character Dropdown menu and click on Before(SP).
Example : [Example One Two 1 2 3] to [Example One Two 3]
Note : You can also customize Conditional Start Postion with your own Criterial. Just type Position No. in Select Position and Type the Character. It is not neccessary that character & position should be from the List. You can type your own.
