Step 2: How to Use Email Extractor Files v3.3

Extract Email Addresses from Files:

• Run this software and add document files.
• Add document files click "Add" button and select files as many as you want.
• Now extract Email Addresses by click "Extract" button as shown below.

Settings:

• You can change the default settings by click "Settings/Help" tab.
• select the "auto extract emails" option, it will set and auto run when you add any numbers of files.
• select the "Remove Duplicate emails" option, it will set and automatically remove duplicate emails found in the selected files.
