Step 2: How to Use Email Extractor Outlook 'N' Express v4.0

Extract Email Addresses from Microsoft Outlook:

• When you run the software, it will ask you to choose a profile in microsoft outlook.
• Select a profile and click "Ok" button.

• Allow for access session for 1minute, 2 minute and so on.
• It will show you all "Personal Folders" and "Mail Folders" from selected profile in a TreeView.

• Check the folders from left panel from which folders you want to extract email addresses and un-check the folders from those you dont want to extract email addresses.
• if you un-check all folders, it will not iterates any folders.
• Now press the "Search" button, extraction of Email Addresses will be start.
• Process can be stoped whenever you like by click "Stop" button.

Extract Email Addresses from Outlook Express:

• Click "Outlook Express" tab.
• When you run the software, it will fill all available default Outlook Express files in files list.
• You can add "Outlook Express" files (.dbx files) by click "Add Files " button.
• You can remove selected or all "Outlook Express" files by click "Remove All" & by pressing "Delete" button from keyboard.
• Finally Click "Search" button for extract email addresses from all selected files.

Choose Microsoft Outlook Profile Settings:

• Click "Microsoft Outlook" tab and click "Choose Profile" button.
• "Choose Profile" dialog will be shown like below.
• **(if not shown please click Here then follow the given steps).
• Select available profile from "Choose Profile" dialog box and click "Ok" button.
• Allow connection for a time period if any dialog ask like below.

• Open Control Panel by Click Start->Control Panel.
• Click "Mail" icon in Control Panel, "Mail Setup" dialog figure1.10 will be shown.

Filter Extracted Email Addresses : you can filters all Extracted Email Addresses with different keywords by click "Filter Emails" button, you will have to set keywords those you want in email addresses contains and dont. Filter every time ask for keywords when you want to filter.

Save Extracted Email Addresses : Save Extracted Email Addresses in different formats.
